Chalk creatives were appointed by Graham construction to undertake the detailed design development and fit out of bespoke storage walls, Reception counter & security screen, fixed furniture and all whiterock within the building. Working alongside the clients architect Chalk quickly interpreted the concept designs and developed these to construction issue. By utilising our bespoke joinery and manufacturing experience Chalk were able to develop bespoke solutions to overcome a number of obstacles within the design development stage. A fully coordinated developed design was created in coordination with M&E ready for manufacturer. Manufacturing was undertaken within a 4 week period and fitout of over 25 storage walls was completed within the same timeframe. Our skilled workforce work with Graham construction to sequence the install inline with the finishing programme and completed the fitout on time, defect free and within budget.
